AUDIT ACTIVITY
The assistance in audit activity is directed to private label products suppliers for the large-scale retail trade and for the industry in order to:
- verify the conformity to the reference standards;
- highlight possible improvement areas on production processes.
The activity is performed by experienced auditors in quality management system and specialists in the specific area (both on production processes and on related technology), with adequate qualification (training course of min. 40h), training on hygiene of foodstuffs and HACCP and technical experience.
The check list utilized during the audits is either supplied by the costumer or elaborated by Chemical Control according to the different standards (UNI EN ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, IFS, …) in conformity to UNO EN ISO 19011 standard.
At the end of the audit, a final report is elaborated which contains, besides the general eveluations on the structure, the organization and the respective processes, all the detected nonconformities, the proposed corrective actions and improvement action plan with the related suggested timing for accomplishment.
 LABELLING OF FOOD PRODUCTS
The activity of consulting on labelling of food products is performed by specialists on labels designed both for national and foreign market; this activity concerns different aspects:
- Conformity checks of nutritional labels and revision/supervision of draft labels: such activity is performed supplying the label in any format (paper or electronic).
- Ex novo planning of new labels with or without nutritional table
- Assistance in labelling for export in USA according to FDA standards
