The complexity of problems in food field, the continuous changements and disturbances, the increasing number of food alerts make it necessary the organized presence in our Centre of a group of researchers with high professional competence who are not involved in routine analyses but assigned to problem solving with regard to emergent topics.

- Setting up of new analytical methods in order to meet customers particular requirements, new food alerts and innovation of existing methods with the validation on different food products.
- Causes research and contribution to problem solving as regards Quality and Food safety.
- Technological consulting for the improvement and the industrial planning of new products and/or production processes.
