COSTUMER ASSISTANCE
- Assistance for planning and management of quality control plans and for the choice of the analytical checks for self-checking programs and monitoring plans
- Consulting for analytical results interpretation also with reference to technological-process parameters
- Services of urgent analysis, in case of need
SAMPLING/COLLECTION OF SAMPLES
- Assistance to the costumer in defining the correct procedure of sampling; if requested, sampling is made by us and it is carried out by technical and qualified staff according to the company inner procedures or according to the legislation/regulations of the field with the possible final elaboration of the sampling minutes.
- Collection and transport of samples is made by us in Northern Italy according to our inner procedure concerning the transport of samples (refrigerated transport included); for Centre and Southern Italy and other places transport is made using parcel services which we have an agreement with.
TECHNICAL-LEGISLATIVE UPDATING
Continuous updating on the technical legislation in the agrofood field, emerging problems and on new services and analytical techniques, by means of the Newsletters published by Netfood Centre (Netfoodinforma) and sent by e-mail, at the specific request of the costumer.
