COMPARATIVE TESTS |
Competition in food field and the continuous changement of consumers demands make it extremely useful to have means which in an unbiassed way make companies aware of the real requirements and/or perceptions of their customers and therefore of the placing of their products in the market compared to their competitors.
Analytical-sensory tests set up by Netfood Centre, which we are part of, are able to satisfy these demands with different levels of investigation with regard to customers specific requirements.
These tests combine chemical analyses with sensory tests, by means of the application of adequate statistical techniques, and therefore allow to find the changements which must be made on recipe and/or production process parameters in order to satisfy consumers requirements.
